Our Staff
As educators, we consider ourselves partners in the children’s activities and learning, rather than just supervisors. Each child is unique and an individual with his or her own rate of development and style of learning. Each child is accepted, loved, and taught as an individual. We promote education and discoveries, focusing on the individual strengths and needs of each child and a problem-solving approach to social conflict. We work to form caring relationships with each child, supporting their play ideas and letting them share control. In this way, we provide an environment that nurtures and encourages the growth of each child’s self-esteem.

Director
I was born in Denver and graduated from Delta High School in 1986. Attended Ottawa University, Ottawa, Kansas 1986-1991 graduating with a Bachelors in K-12 Education. Attended Martin Luther College, New Ulm, Minnesota graduating in 2008 as a Staff Minister of Youth, Education and Outreach. I have been working as a Preschool Director since 2006. My wife, Sandy, and I have been married since 1995 and we have one son, Matthew. Soccer and hiking are my hobbies.
Assistant Director

Teacher
I was born March 1968 in England, and attended school and college studying
childcare in Kent, England, graduating in 1986. I met and married Kurt in 1990 in England. We now have two grown children, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. In addition to spending time with our growing family whenever possible, Kurt and I enjoy fishing and camping. I enjoy helping and teaching children learn new skills and hearing about their experiences. My greatest joy, however, is sharing God’s Word with every child in a Christian based preschool.
